Ballot questions

There are three questions on the Massachusetts ballot in November:

Question 1 would limit the number of patients assigned to nurses working in Massachusetts hospitals.

Question 2 would create a commission that would work to overturn the Citizens United Supreme Court decision.

Question 3 asks voters whether they approve of the existing state law barring discrimination against transgender people in public spaces.
