Police officer struck by vehicle in Framingham

A Framingham police officer was struck by a vehicle Tuesday evening while assisting with traffic, a department spokeswoman said.

He was struck at a traffic post at 500 Old Connecticut Path at 5:10 p.m., Lieutenant Patricia Grigas said in an e-mail.

A Google search shows the address is an office park.

He is walking and talking, but the extent of his injuries are not known, she said.
